Please note that most of our orders are shipped by our partner company in Hong Kong.

We currently only ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Postage costs:
- Free shipping on all orders within our shipping zones.
- No hidden shipping costs.
Order processing time:
- Processing takes 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Orders are processed until 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Berlin).
Delivery time:
- Estimated delivery time: 8–11 business days, shipping Monday to Friday.
- Delivery times are estimates and may change.
Track your order:
- After shipping, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- Track your order with the UPS/FedEx/DHL/Hermes services, depending on which courier you use for your shipment.

Order Changes and Cancellations:
- Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
- For changes to your order, please contact our customer service.
Order Cancellation:
- Your order will be fully refunded if canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us to cancel your order. Once orders have been shipped, they can no longer be changed.
